Associate Professor Mehmet Tepe, MD, was born on 14 May 1975 in Yarımbağ Village of the Samsat district. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Adıyaman. In 1994, he was admitted to Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine and commenced his medical education, and following graduation, he was assigned to Adıyaman, his first place of duty.
Until 2011, he successfully served in physician and administrative positions in Adıyaman. He then completed his residency training in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his residency, he fulfilled his compulsory service in the district of Akçakale in Şanlıurfa.
Following his compulsory service, he was appointed to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital. In 2023, he began serving as President of Health Services within the Adıyaman Provincial Health Directorate. After a two-and-a-half-year tenure, he was appointed as Chief Physician of Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital on 02.03.2026.
