Year-End Evaluation and Strategic Planning Meeting
The year-end evaluation meeting was held in the conference hall under the chairmanship of our hospital’s Chief Physician, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kasım Turgut. The meeting was attended by deputy chief physicians, hospital administrators, and all clinical department heads.
The main agenda of the meeting included a comprehensive evaluation of the healthcare services provided throughout 2025, the effectiveness of current practices, patient satisfaction, quality indicators, and performance data. In addition, the outcomes of clinic-based activities were reviewed, and the challenges encountered, along with proposed solutions, were discussed in detail.
The meeting also included an in-depth review of the goals and strategic plans for 2026. Clinical department heads presented reports related to their respective units and shared their perspectives on planned projects for the coming year, areas for improvement, and innovative practices. In this context, proposals focusing on patient safety, improving service quality, expanding digital health applications, and enhancing employee satisfaction were particularly emphasized.
In his closing remarks, Chief Physician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kasım Turgut thanked all participants, stating: “I would like to thank each of you for your dedicated efforts throughout 2025. In 2026, we will continue to work together with the same determination toward our goal of providing patient-centered and high-quality healthcare services.”
