An 11-bed General Intensive Care Unit has been put into service at Block B of Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital. Our Provincial Director of Health, Prof. Mehmet Şirik, and our Hospital Chief Physician, Prof. Kasım Turgut, accompanied by our administrative team, conducted inspections at the newly opened intensive care unit.

With the new arrangements, the hospital’s total intensive care capacity has increased to 153 beds; of these, 54 are allocated for pediatric and neonatal care, 11 for general intensive care, and 99 for adult patients. Efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services in the region continue with determination.
